Hope that all is well? If you could please circulate the following as always around the networks it would be very much appreciated. We are running a Women and Girls Rider Development session at Harvey Hadden in Nottingham this coming Saturday 10th March from 10am-12pm. Session costs just £4 for 2hrs and details and booking information as below:

Women and Girls RDS
Women & Girls Rider Development sessions provide dedicated coaching for people wanting to improve their cycling performance whether that is to ride further faster and more often with family and friends or to win bike races. Using traffic free facilities, Go-Ride Coaches will help riders:
Develop bike handling techniques & cycling fitness
Develop group riding techniques and etiquette
Practice racing and learn about the demands of cycle sport
Ride with friends and others of similar ability
This session is a slightly more advanced session which is NOT suitable for 'complete' beginners. If unsure please ask... Sessions are delivered on a traffic free closed road circuit and ALL riders will be challenged (skills & physical) and maybe have a bit a fun too!? These 2 hour sessions are aimed at improving group riding skills and confidence - riding on a wheel and in close proximity to other riders, cornering and working efficiently together in group formations. You will be challenged both physically and technically in a safe and supportive non pressured environment. Non British Cycling Members are welcome to attend the first 2 sessions, after which you are encouraged to join British Cycling to continue to benefit from these sessions and additional benefits -

We are trying to encourage more cycling mums to attend the sessions so our new regional coach Rich Simpson will be delivering a separate children’s Go-Ride mountain bike/cyclo cross session at the same time as the W & G only session (same venue). So why not drop your kids off and enjoy a 2 hour session without worrying about childcare and rushing off to collect the kids! Email Dean if you have any children that want to enter the children Go-Ride session. All details and more information at the link below

Thanks as always for the support – Kind regards
